Agenda
9.00 – 9.30: Welcome & introduction
9.30 – 10.10: Lesson 1: Experimentation, Co-creation & Panel Management
This session explores a Living Lab innovation management process and a fitting canvas, based on the three design elements of innovation – desirability, feasibility, and viability, that can be used to iteratively experiment and test the most critical assumptions regarding these three elements. Based on practical examples, the different elements, tools & techniques will be introduced, and participants will work hands-on with concrete cases. Within this project approach, tips and tricks will be shared to align panel and stakeholder management according to the degree of involvement and the type of Living Lab activity.
Trainer: Dimitri Schuuman
10.10 – 10.40: Hands-on session: Experimentation, Co-creation & Panel Management – part 1
10.40 – 10.50: Coffee break
10.50 – 11.25: Hands-on session: Experimentation, Co-creation & Panel Management – part 2
11.25 – 12.05: Lesson 2: Co-design of LL infrastructures WITH & FOR stakeholders
This session focuses on the co-design of Living Lab infrastructures WITH & FOR stakeholders. Participants will explore diverse co-design methods and tools, particularly focusing on challenges and drivers in building LLs with & for communities of stakeholders. Through the example of “Partners of Experience”, participants will learn how to engage the Stakeholders in the managing structure of the Living Lab from the creation of the vision until the everyday activities. The session will also demonstrate how LL infrastructures offer harmonized services to the research community, bringing the case of the VITALISE project.
